By contracting out a complete area of your operation to Manpower, we will carry out the function on your behalf, whilst maintaining a seamless integration with your business, you can reduce your staffing and administration costs.

An Outsourced Contract provides flexible resources, which may include labour, premises, vehicles, IT, communications, tooling, management and supervision.

Typically, you would have a Manpower managed operation centre on your site, making use of your communications systems, and providing direct access to the respective nominated owners of the relationship, which is an essential element of delivering a first class service.

  • HR management to include individual performance reviews, recruitment, payroll, and management reporting
  • Staffing and operating field service engineering teams
  • Computer installation and audit services, delivering fully managed turnkey projects in finance, retail (EPOS), and general office business sectors
  • Computer network Cabling encompassing survey, network design, procurement, installation, test, and commissioning of data networks
We work closely with your own management on productivity issues. We balance staff levels with business volume for optimum efficiency, and use our proprietary training programmes to develop people’s skills and maximise their value to your business.
