Position: Technical Support Specialist - Dutch / German

Main tasks:

* Maintain Case Volume levels within Company Standards
* Maintain Open channels of Communication
* Follow case consult process and standards
* Develop Learning via consult with Internal Team Specialists
* Assign, Research, Resolve and Close support cases in timely manner

Skills, experience, qualifications and attributes required:

* Experience with Windows desktop and server
* Experience of Networks
* Troubleshooting experience
* An understanding of Webmail
* Previous experience of customer facing technical support would be a distinct advantage


* Fluency in Dutch or German and English
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* Build strong relationships with customers
* Works well within a team and can motivate the team members
* Focused on meeting/exceeding targets
* An excellent time manager with the skills and ability to prioritize workloads
* Self motivated with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
