We are seeking to bring on a Recruitment HR Administrator to be based at our Dublin 2 offices, to be an integral member of our project team, for a period of 6 months. This role will suit an individual with proven recruitment administration and project work experience.

Sitting within the project team, the Recruitment HR Administrator will be responsible for:
*Taking job briefs and assisting the project team in finding relevant candidates through various means to include LinkedIn/LinkedIn Recruiter, searching job boards, Boolean searching/X-Ray searching, and reaching out to candidate to generate interest
*Posting adverts on Broadbean and other job boards
*Working across multiple ATS' to include Taleo, Avature, etc
*Scheduling candidate telephone and face-2-face interviews and liaising with hiring managers to negotiate dates and venues
*Administering Hire Select psychometric tests to candidates and relaying these results to hiring managers
*Onboarding candidates and providing relocation support within different countries
*Using MS Office, and in particular Excel and PowerPoint, to create month management information reports
*Taking minutes during conference call meetings
*Performing internal compliance for contractors

We are keen to speak to candidates with relevant experience in recruitment HR administration with the key elements being proven experience in advanced sourcing techniques, expertise in different ATS to include Taleo and Avature, using Excel to draw detailed management reports, performing compliance, and having excellent telephone/communications skills for cordial conversing with clients.

This is a contract role for a period of 6 months and will be paying a daily rate of up to £220.00 per day dependent upon experience.
