You will be part of our client's Customer Consultancy Team as a Technical Support Specialist.


Your main responsibilities include:

* Maintain Case Volume levels within Company Standards
* Maintain Open channels of Communication
* Follow case consult process and standards
* Develop Learning via consult with Internal Team Specialists
* Assign, Research, Resolve and Close support cases in timely manner


Main requirements:

Profile:

* Fluency in German in addition to English is required for this role
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* Build strong relationships with customers
* Works well within a team and can motivate the team members
* Focused on meeting/exceeding targets
