Duties & Responsibilities:
Working with our customers (Consulting Engineers, Contractors & End-Users) to deliver:

Hardware Design:
* Generate I/O lists & Cable Schedules
* Develop Hardware Design Specifications
* Assist with the Development of Instrument & Valve Schedules
* Assist with the Development and Design of BMS and/or MCC panels

Software Design:
* Generate & Develop GAMP (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice) Software Lifecycle documentation such as:
o Functional Specification (FS)
o Design Specification (DS)
o Software Design Specification (SDS)
* Work with the Software Programmers in improving the Software Design and associated documentation, creating and developing software standards on all projects.

Generate & Develop Test Protocols:
* Loop Check Protocols
* Hardware Factory Acceptance Test Protocol (HFAT)
* Software Factory Acceptance Test Protocol (SFAT)
* Site Acceptance Test Protocols (SAT)Circulate documentation for sign-off

Candidate:
* Attention to detail is a key requirement
* Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
* Entry into this position, if not an experienced BMS engineer, would also suit candidates who may have Electrical, Instrument, HVAC Technician or Mechanical primary skills and have an ambition to work within a progressive company.
* Experience working in a Quality Control Environment would be an advantage
* Would suit an individual with Automation experience in a Life Science Environment

Education & Qualification:
(Minimum required)
* Certificate / Diploma / Degree in an Engineering Discipline - Electrical / Automation / Mechanical (Building Services)
