A vacancy has arisen for a Back Office Operations Assistant. The successful candidate will work as part of the Leap Card Back Office Team.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with problem solving and communication skills. The successful applicant will be required to deliver the highest standard of business performance and customer service. A flexible attitude to work and excellent PC literacy will be a key requirement of the role.
The role is an 11 months' contract with possibilities of extension.

Duties and Essential Job Functions:
*Smart-Card Management
Co-ordinate & control card reserves
Co-ordinate & control card supply
Card Initialisation & Personalisation (Card Printing)
Card replacements
Card refunds
*Record daily processing volumes using spreadsheets
*Resolve Contact Centre & Customer Queries
*Ad hoc call handling
*Respond to Passenger Queries where required
*Achieve time critical daily deadlines
*Perform related duties as assigned
*Participate in the sharing of best practices with other Business units.
*Adhere to security procedures and quality systems
*Complete assigned activities efficiently and to the highest standard
*Deliver on-the-job training as directed
*Undertake training as and when required.

Requirements:
*Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet & Email (MS Office)
*Excellent PC literacy
*Good communication skills with an emphasis on customer focus
*Good organizational skills and an ability to multitask
*Time and priority management skills
*The ability to work on own initiative while remaining team focused at all times.
