Job description & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the creation, qualification, data analysis, data accuracy and change control for SAP Master Data. The candidate will communicate and interact with buyer planners and other SAP Process Stewards to resolve issues regarding master data. Responsible for the Administration and Co-ordination of the material introduction process. Ensure that objectives are effectively achieved, consistent with the company's requirements to ensure compliance, safety and reliable supply to our customers
Creation and maintenance of Approved Material files including Material Specification and purchasing & distribution documentation as required. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of BOMs (Bill of Materials) and Resources as directed by SAP PE (Production Execution) Process Steward.
Perform Change Control process which includes execution, evidence and submission for post-approval activities in a timely manner. Execute change request forms accurately and timely in accordance with SOP and SAP standards
Format, write, deliver and review SAP documentation in line with the standard approval process. Documents will include SOP's, SWI's, training materials, change controls. Responsible for maintaining process documentation/maps, metrics, planning, training and change management in regards to SAP.
Be a SAP system expert, consistently applying Lean Six Sigma and Enterprise Process Management principles to problem solving activities and process design.
Required to comply with the company's Procedures and Guidelines, regulatory requirements and execute current Good manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day to day activities and all applicable job functions.

Requirements:
*3rd level education or higher
*Experience in a GMP/Lean6Sigma environment is beneficial
*SAP knowledge and experience is a requirement
*Knowledge of regulatory/code requirements to Irish, European and international Standards and practises.
*Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
*Proven organizational skills
