This luxury hotel group has more than 30 properties across Europe and are planning to continue expanding! They are looking for you, a brilliant, genuine and friendly person who is driven to succeed to join their team!

You are currently working in the hospitality sector in a finance position managing a team of people who together ensure the business runs smoothly!

As financial controller, you will have responsibility of a number of properties across Ireland and you will work closely with financial controllers throughout the UK and Europe!

Your job will be to manage a team of finance professionals, maximising the profitability of the Irish hotels!

Specifically you will
*Have input into the key strategic decision making processes.
*Ensure that management is kept up to date with performance and opportunities within processes and timelines
*Make recommendations to ensure business is preforming at its best based on KPIs, benchmarks and P&L
*Manage the finance team, within the properties and ensure that the finance function is delivered.

This role is for you, someone who has experience managing a finance team within the hospitality sector. You have brilliant communication skills and know that you can have the leadership skills needed to run a busy finance function!

You have experience with financial reports and are a stickler for detail knowing that the devil is in the details!

You are a real leader, you want your team to succeed and are solution focused and innovative.

There is an element of travel within this role, so you must be flexible to travel within Ireland and the UK.
