CCR Responsibilities
Customer Care Reception agent- is the customer-facing, front-end of support in EMEA catering to the enterprise customer segment. Its mission is to welcome, recognize, identify and accurately guide enterprise customers to the appropriate support solution in an effective, informed, and efficient way. By doing so, the CCR has a positive influence on the satisfaction of Customers with their telephone support experience. Customer access methods include telephone, electronically generated cases, and e-mail.

Tasks:
*Answering customers' telephone calls requesting assistance on products
*Respond to customer inquiries through other mediums such as electronically generated inbound cases and email requests for support
*Validating service requests and customer or product entitlement
*Creating cases in call management system
*Routing cases to the appropriate department
*Setting the right expectations with the customers
*Dealing with difficult customers
*Dealing with trade requests
*Delivering on the customer satisfaction process of call backs on CSR (Customer Self Replacement) cases
Experience
*Administrative skills, e.g. order processing, telephony experience (call center / secretarial)
*Work experience as call center or administrative employee
Skills:
*Customer Care skills
*Good keyboard skills/PC literate
*Good/High Country specific Language skills (Verbal, written, understanding) and English
*Knowledge of behavior rules for specific country
*Flexibility, Punctuality, Reliability, Communication skills, Tolerance for routine, Listening skills, Team player, Works well under pressure, Professionalism

Educational level
Secondary School Level with focused areas of experience on telephony activities with affinity for Service Delivery
Third School Level (High School) with affinity for Service Delivery.
