Manpower is now seeking enthusiastic people who enjoy providing solutions, choices & options to our customers when they need us. The candidates selected for this position will play an important role in branding and representation of our client values and leadership in the market place.

*Prospect, educate, qualify and develop inbound inquiries to provide a positive customer experience and explore customer inquiries to identify sales-ready leads through engagement & resolution
*Provide direct response interactions with customer across all channels, including phones, live chat, email and social media
*Self-starter who is a team player and enjoys solving problems and multi-tasking
*Excellent attention to detail
*Positive attitude, ability to make satisfied and unsatisfied customers happy that they contacted us
*Hours may vary, flexibility to suit business needs

Minimum requirements:
*5 years experience within an office based customer engagement or contact centre
*Education within Digital Marketing a distinct advantage
*Experience using live chat & social media in a B2B environment
*Experience resolving customer inquiries
*Experience with technology, including using CRM applications
*Experience & aptitude for working on a team, including working together to maintain channel coverage
*"High touch" B2B customer response experience
