Working in a busy, dynamic, fast paced environment supporting approx. 2000's PC's in a Cleanroom environment. Day to day activity includes supporting incidents, requests and Win10 Refresh activity.

Based in Leixlip, working in a team of 4, you will be supporting a customer who sets high standards for themselves and expects the same standards of FDS as their IT support provider.


DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role includes but not limited to:
* All team members must pass customers' training, covering cleanroom, safety & protocol
* Strictly adhere to customers guidelines, policies and standard safety procedures and processes
* Responsible for unpacking and storing of all assets and consumables, disposal of packing material
* Update and maintain assets managements systems
* Will be able to follow procedures to install required operating systems
* Supporting incidents within SLA
* Responsible for managing hot spares
* Installing winclients in the cleanroom and sub fab
* Will be able to safely mount computer peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, track-balls and scan guns to the cleanroom workstations
* Adhere to safety process for cable management of workstations
* Will be able to complete basic verification check for proper operation of the computer and peripherals
* Will be able to troubleshoot basic network and windows issues when required
* Will be able to add phones to the workstations
* Will be able to uninstall computers and peripherals and make winclients and consumables available for reuse when required
* Adhere to Win 10 Refresh schedule and meet install targets
* Meeting with project stakeholders
* Will be open to changing working hours to deal with burst install requirements
* Will contribute to procedure and process improvements as required
* Provide support to Engineers on a day-to-day basis


ESSENTIALS SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Refresh/rollout experience
Experience troubleshooting/incident support
Self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision are a must
Demonstrate proactive behavior

Demonstrated ability to multitask
Must be able to work on own initiative but also follow processes and procedures
