Manpower are actively recruiting for a Data Review / Customer service agent to work on a brand new project.

The focus of the role will be to:
*Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines.
*Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
*Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research.
*Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
*Adhere to process norms and structure.
*Ability to gather information via outbound calls to businesses within specific country locations.
*Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.

We are looking for candidates, graduates in any discipline, ideally with some experience in a customer service or content review position in a process-driven environment.

This is a permanent position that requires shift work: 2pm - 11pm & 11pm - 8am
Monday to Sunday (5days weekly, guaranteed 2 weekends off per month)

Key success factors in this position are adaptability and flexibility, good communication skills, an ability to make independent judgement and a problem-solving nature.
