French Team Leader
We are currently looking for a team leader highly focused in customer services and coaching. The main objective of this role is guide the team when is need it and create a great experience for our customers.
*Experience leading teams.
*Focal point between the clients and the company.
*2nd level escalation experience.
*Manage projects skills.
*Ensure to achieve all the targets for the clients.
*Manage projects related to improving service delivery.
*At least 2-3 years of experience managing and leading teams within client service or operations
*Strong knowledge of technology / social media channels
*Experience improving workflow and system processes
*Fluent English and French, written and spoken
*Ability to identify and lead service improvement initiatives
*Experience in handling escalations
*Previous experience related with Social Media
