HR / Business Manager

At Manpower we currently have an exciting opportunity working with a thriving practice in Meath.
The role will require being a key member of the management team responsible for driving the business and directing the employees in a busy healthcare setting. As the ideal candidate you will possess a business degree with strong business acumen. The role is ideal for a candidate with a business or HR management background with the ability to deal with both the financial and people sides of the business.
Experience within the Healthcare sector is an advantage but not essential.
Duties:
*Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures and processes
*Develop efficiencies in the current practices through utilisation of tools and technology
*Manage the day to day running of the business taking responsibility for Financial reporting, overseeing the accounts
*Review monitor and analyse the P&L to ensure appropriate actions are in place to achieve targets and drive business growth
*Ensure all returns to the HSE are up to date and correct
*Provision of accurate monthly business and management reports to the management team
*Be responsible for all HR duties including employee relations, rotas, staffing and general meetings
*Ensuring all administrative aspects are correct and up to date including payroll, holiday/absence tracking, expenses and employee contact information
*Oversee employee and management meetings to ensure the practice is a great place to work.
*Effectively manage the recruitment and selection for all practice staff.
*Lead and develop a high performing practice team
*Drive marketing activities to drive patient numbers
*Oversee and deliver certain aspects of staff training/development for the team - working pro-actively with the management team to identify and fill any knowledge and skills gaps
*Effectively manage and resolve any patient complaints or concerns where appropriate

Requirements:
*The ideal candidate will have 4/5 years in a similar role running a business and successfully achieving KPI's agreed by the management team
*Be highly driven with solid experience managing staff
*Have a degree in Business Studies, Human Resources or related discipline
*Excellent IT skills are essential
