An exciting opportunity presents itself for you to become part of our team based at our Dublin offices on Harcourt Street, Dublin 2.

You will report to the Head of Sales & Marketing and will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the marketing strategy for some of our key brands in Ireland including Manpower, Right Management, Proservia and Tapfin.


*Developing, implementing and managing all aspects of the marketing strategy.
*Develop an in-depth knowledge of the products and category in order to deliver effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
*Identify best practice and innovative marketing campaigns to drive cross-selling and up-selling for all the Manpower, Right Management, Proservia and Tapfin services.
*Manage the development, quality and output of digital content across all channels including social, blog and website.
*Liaison with global marketing centre of excellence to adapt global thought leadership and research for local market.
*Identifying and capitalising on relevant PR opportunities for business leadership team to discuss industry thought leadership and brand promotion.
*Develop and maintain effective relationship with external suppliers.
*Manage marketing budgets and ensure all activity is delivered within budget.
*Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive the marketing strategy across the business.
*Identify new marketing initiatives to drive candidate engagement and sales.
*Analysis of relevant campaigns to optimise return on investment.
*Event management including project planning, logistics and budget management.
*Project management of niche projects including brand recognition, candidate loyalty and lead generation.


*3+ years' relevant marketing experience.
*Degree in marketing or relevant business discipline is essential, Digital Marketing qualification preferred.
*Significant experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
*Proven track record to demonstrate ROI and impact of marketing initiatives to bottom line contribution.
*You must be innovative and creative with the ability to think 'outside the box'
*Experience managing budgets is an advantage
*Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously to tight deadlines.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
*IT literacy; Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
