Reporting to the Country Leader for ManpowerGroup Ireland, the Sales and Solutions Manger will be responsible for building Right Management's business by identifying and pursuing prospects and generating market awareness of the Right Management brand across Ireland.

Responsibilities include:

*Driving end-to-end business development activities with the support of Project Management and ManpowerGroup sales team
*Developing and executing Strategic Territory Sales Plans with the goal of driving sustainable and profitable business growth; building a business network and identifying opportunities to establish, present, and sell branded solutions.
*Fostering key relationships by developing and executing account plans to retain and expand business with existing client accounts while also developing new logos; managing and analyzing information to retain and grow accounts utilizing Right Management's established sales processes and tools.
*Playing an active and collaborative role with internal delivery consultants in strategically targeting key clients and prospects which can include significant, global accounts.
*Continually developing the business knowledge to effectively present and sell Right's branded and integrated solutions using appropriate style and communication skills; applying knowledge, information and analytical insights to innovate strategic solutions for clients and business opportunities.


Desired Skills & Experience

*Experience consulting within, or selling Talent Management/Organization Development/ Human Capital consulting services.
*Experience selling training solutions that impact business performance through people
*Experience selling workforce management offerings


Other Requirements:

*3-5 years' experience in Business to Business sales, consultative sales and/or services; Solution Selling a strong plus
*Sustained track record of sales success with quantifiable results through large and expanding accounts; global accounts preferred
*Travel requirements:75% travel in territory (not overnight), occasional travel within region (overnight), no international travel
