French/ German - Customer Service (Content Reviewing)

This is a permanent French/German Content Review Agent's role with a leading technology giant. Our client is a leading American technology MNC , they are looking to hire French / German speakers who have good attention to detail and very good English speaking/ writing skills.

Title : French/German Content Review Agent

Location : Dublin


The focus of the role will be to:

Verify and review business listing information as per policy and guidelines.
Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research.
Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality &
productivity targets.
Adhere to process norms and structure.
Ability to gather information via outbound calls to businesses within specific country locations.
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.

The Ideal Team Member

Comfortable with computers - you will be working a dual screen computer and a telephone
Attention to detail is a must - you are verifying data
Policy / process driven - policy dictates everything and must be adhered to
You need to care about your job - understand the bigger picture
Understand that the information you are verifying is going to be seen on a global level
Experience with data entry and geographical knowledge of the country (based on language French - France, German - Germany etc.)
Key success factors in this position are adaptability and flexibility, good communication skills, an ability to make independent judgement and a problem-solving nature.
