Please note, this is a temporary contract role for which you would be employed by manpower and working on behalf of our client; SAP.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES: 
The Cloud Service Center team enhances cloud based products by designing and developing additional functionality on request. We work with a wide range of SAP cloud based solutions, including C4C, ByD, HCP, C4TE, SuccessFactors and mobile solutions. Our integration experts take care of all types of system integrations, Cloud to On Premise or Cloud to Cloud independent whether it is a 3rd Party or SAP system. Additionally, we provide an expert support service in order to enable partners to deliver high quality products to their customers. 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS: 
o Collect data from surveys/questionnaires, analyse and categorize it 
o Help to build training material and have it published internally 
o Identify training needs within the team, and investigate options and available courses 
o Prepare project meetings, take minutes and update project information 
o Prepare knowledge transfer sessions, store recordings and make sure that relevant team members know how to access it 
o Prepare customer presentations and support project managers with their administrative tasks

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: 
o University degree in a technical, business or language based subject, or minimum of 2 years of work experience in the area of business assistance 
o Inquisitive nature with analytical skills 
o Excellent customer focus and communication skills, both oral and written 
o Strong team player and comfortable working on own initiative 
o Good working knowledge with Microsoft Office products 
o Preferably a keen interest in technology and/or project management 
o Passionate about learning 
o Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure, working virtually with internal teams and customers
