As ManpowerGroup continues to grow across all brands in Ireland we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Operations Manager to manage our team of permanent and temporary / contract consultants within our Manpower (www.manpower.ie) and Experis (www.experis.ie) brands.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of experienced recruiters who are specialists in our core areas including IT, Life Sciences, Engineering, Financial Services, Legal, Supply Chain & Logistics, HR & Office Support. With access to

Responsibilities
*Day-to-day operational management of the ManpowerGroup perm and temporary / contract recruitment team
*Driving and motivating the team to hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
*Accountable for achieving and reporting key business metrics including sales, KPI's, consultant training and development, budgets and forecasts
*Develop and implement sales and business development activities for team
*Collaborate with marketing team on targeted marketing campaigns for lead generation and candidate attraction
*Lead high level Account / Client engagements at a strategic level to support your team
*Strategic planning to capitalize on market trends, overcome sourcing challenges and develop and new business opportunities, including potential new verticals
*Develop and execute best-in-class practices for end to end candidate experience inclusive of sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and on-boarding
*Understand the current workforce and facilitate internal mobility, mapping the talent landscape with the business needs.
*As a manager of people you will conduct weekly performance meetings, provide feedback on performance, identify training needs and provide on the job coaching when needed.
Skills & Experience
*At least 5 year's recruitment experience with strong people management and leadership skills
*Proven track record in driving a team to meet and exceed Sales targets
*Experienced in hiring, motivating and leading high performing Recruitment Consultants
*Performance management & career development planning experience
*Proven experience of business development and client management at a corporate level
*Highly motivated, enthusiastic and positive individual focused on providing consistent, high quality service.
