Omni-channel Marketing Expert and Analyst required with an analytical mind and business acumen, who will support product, sales, and marketing teams with providing insight into effective customer engagement which will lead to maximizing spend and marketing impact.

The ideal candidate will bring a high level of campaign management as well as measurement and performance strategy experience across all digital marketing channels


RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze funnels and customer intents, plan and execute mainly the data/targeting element of multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid and organic) based on specific customer segmentation or behavioral changes.
Deliver automated and triggered multi-channel campaign programs for various customer segments and life stages.
Advice, implement and track KPI goals per customer segment.
Work in a cross-functional product team to make sure SEO is considered in all decisions.
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords as well as PPC landing page experience.
Create, develop and implement effective PPC campaigns to hit goals and ROI, both short term and long term (including keyword research, copy writing, A/B testing, optimization) - oversee campaigns across a number of Search platforms.
Analyze, continually optimize and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns and channels (mainly SEM: SEO and PCC but also Display, Social Media, email etc.).
Develop actionable insights to drive customer registration, engagement, and loyalty and support business growth by identifying trends and risks associated with each customer segment.
Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement etc. using data visualization tools (like Google Data Studio), and craft a compelling story with the data.
Work closely with the Data Analyst on the team to ensure timely delivery and upload of data for all campaigns, and to manage the use of BI and enterprise dashboarding tools to enable teams to autonomously access reports and insights.
Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities and to design long term digital objectives and targets.



Skills & QUALIFICATIONS

5 years' experience in a Marketing Analyst (or similar) role.
Google Ads and Google Analytics Certification required.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including SEM, eCRM, display and social media.
Proven experience in running SEM campaigns: PPC and SEO (on-page, off-page, technical).
Strong knowledge of web analytics data and Google Analytics 360, social media (mainly LinkedIn and Facebook), Marketing Cloud, social listening.
A strong analytical background with the ability to drive commercial results.
Understanding of database architecture and data-flows is an asset.
A proven ability to develop meaningful insights from data and experience reporting on and presenting key findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Comfort working in a dynamic, research-oriented group with several ongoing concurrent projects.
