We are looking for driven Subject Matter Experts to work with a motivated and vibrant team for one of the most popular social media sites in the world!
The role involves reviewing accounts, using inputs from Smart Technology Response widgets and additional tools to determine whether an account adheres to the policies outlined by the company.
What you will be doing:
- Make data driven decisions and be personally driven to be an effective advocate for the client's community
- Ad-Hoc Labelling each week
- Use market specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users
- Continual re-learning as the user base change the way they use the platform regularly.
What you Need:
- Minimum 2 years Tech Support as T2/ Escalation Agents
- Prior experience in Business Process Outsourcing environment or comparable service/process management environment desirable
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Experience with SQL/Access desirable
- Intermediate Excel/Powerpoint
- Degree in any discipline desirable
