The Manpower Salary Guide is released annually. It provides a guide to salaries being paid against particular job titles/functions at the time the guide is released. The figures in the Guide are in €000 per annum.

The guide provides an indication against each job listed, of how little, how much and the average we have seen being paid to such individuals coming to our database within the preceding 6 months. It is not a formal survey and does not detail variances between sectors, company size or industry. These variances can be inferred from salary spreads e.g. In general terms an MIS manager in a very small company may be earning towards the lower end of the scale whereas the same role in a huge multinational corporation may attract much more in the way of salaries & benefits. The titles would be the same. The survey covers most industry sectors.
