Our contact centres all have friendly, open atmospheres, with a real buzz. There's always something going on here - from celebrities dropping in to help us support Comic Relief (we've raised £11 million to date), to selfie competitions, and much more. We work shifts, with night shifts available too, but with days off through a rolling roster you'll have the freedom to plan your life outside of work. We'll make that even easier for you to do, with a generous annual leave entitlement of 32 days a year (including bank holidays).
