Customer Service provides service and delivery support for Business and Public Sector customers.

When you join the Customer Service team your job is to help deliver an outstanding experience for BT's customers. They want to give their customers a brilliant service, right from the start. From when they buy from them, as they deliver their service, right through to when customers receive their bill.

You'll be part of a big team, spread right across the UK and Ireland, from Plymouth all the way up to Thurso, because that's where BT's customers need them, right at the heart of their business. From the high street brands you know and love, to public sector organisations, right the way through to the small start-up, you'll be helping BT look after them all.
