The benefits we offer vary slightly based on what you do. But whatever you do you'll receive a generous rate of pay (plus a commission in some roles), pension contributions, paid time off, plus in some roles discounts on some BT services. And with a variety of working patterns available, we'll do our best to offer you working hours that fit around your other commitments.

Working hours

BT are committed to being there when their customers need them, and we will need you to work during some evenings and weekends. We'll ask for your preferences and match them as closely as we can. The contact centres are usually open:

From Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 9.00pm
On Saturdays from 8.00am to 8.00pm
And on Sundays from 9.00am - 6.00pm
Our Repair centres are open from 7.00am to 10.00pm every day.

We have a range of options to help you structure your working week.

Working full time you can expect to work six Saturdays, two Sundays and twenty-five evenings over a ten-week period, although this can vary depending on the time of year. Evening work is anything after 6.15pm.
