I have worked for Manpower for 10 years and recently became a first time mom to my daughter in 2015. I was anxious returning to work and applied for parental leave in order to help me adjust to my new family life and work life. Manpower have been very family friendly in their parental leave polices and approved my request of a half day parental leave every Friday. Manpower have also been very flexible in their working options and permitted me to work remotely from home on Friday mornings. This has eliminated my commute to work and in turn given me more quality time at home with my family. Overall this has created a better work life balance for me and has given increased satisfaction in my job.
