My Client is a global multinational in telecom service technologies. Their products and services are recognised for offering among the best service and quality within the industry.

They are already well established here in Ireland but are in the process of dramatically increasing their market share by expanding on their market presence throughout Europe and beyond. They now have an opening for a Senior Business Development Manager EMEA (B2B) to come on broad and drive and develop new business within EMEA and further afield.

Location: You can be located anywhere in Europe but this position requires 70% traveling within Europe and sometimes further afield and also visiting Dublin approximately once per month. All travel and expenses are fully covered. You will have full back up from your colleagues in Dublin.

Fluent English is essential and ideally a 2nd European language, German would be a plus.

Position: Senior Business Development Manager, EMEA. Package €75K to €80K pa, plus benefits.
This is a full time, permanent position.
*Plan and direct key aspects of business development policies, objectives, and initiatives.
*Demonstrates expertise in a variety of market's concepts, practices and procedures.
*He/She will have an entrepreneurial spirit, innovative mind and winning attitude with a
proven ability to identify and drive forward new business opportunities and sell
comprehensive solutions
*Conduct financial feasibility studies and develop proposals for new business opportunities
& develop new market initiatives, assessing new markets needs and act on this.
*Negotiate contracts, initiating proposals, and close sales.
*Lead and direct your support teams to maximise solution based opportunities in EMEA
*You will be naturally creative in your thinking and able to "think out of the box" and have
a natural Entrepreneurial spirit.
*Understand how to analyse business environment & prioritise sales activities accordingly
*Analyse business opportunities, customer needs, call cycles and financial budget

*7 years plus experience in a Senior Business Development Manager's position
*Have a track record of winning new business, preparing proposals, make presentations to
senior decision makers, strong in negotiating and closing.
*Ideally have experience working within telecoms or mobile industry and be savvy with technology.
*Able to work remotely (Can be from home if you prefer) and travel throughout Europe to visit clients.
*Experience and ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions,
proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
*Excellent computer skills, CRM, Excel, Sales forecasts, Agendas, Trip Reports, and other
reporting tools and systems.
*Able to travel 70% of the time and visit Dublin about 10 - 12 times per years.
