As a Community Forum Support Specialist you will need to demonstrate the value of our client's product solutions and provide support for all self-service products. The candidate will deliver this support though a variety of channels and must be comfortable moving from public forum based support to direct 1-1 support over email. The nature of the support will range from product instructions and best-practices to technical troubleshooting, with a continuous focus on driving engagements to resolution for the customer.

Qualifications & Experience

*Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
*1-3 years working in a service organization (preferred)

Must have skills

*Exceptional business communication skills
*Exceptional written grammatical and typing accuracy skills
*Language skills - German + English

Good to have skills / preferred skills

*Experience delivering customer service through public forums such as Community Forums, Discussion Boards, email and/or web based support
*Digital marketing skills / background
