Customer Service / Data Review Agent
Manpower are actively recruiting for a Data Review / Content Review agent to work on a brand new project.

This is a permanent position that requires shift work: 2pm - 11pm & 9:00 pm to 6:00 AM (liable to change - 24*7 shifts)
You will be required to work 5 days from Monday to Sunday
Location: Dublin 3 -Eastpoint Business Park
Salary: €21k per annum (base salary) + 20-25% premium shift bonus (bringing your salary up-to 26k PA)
*Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines.
*Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
*Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research.
*Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
*Adhere to process norms and structure.
*Ability to gather information via outbound calls to businesses within specific country locations.
*Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
*Graduates in any discipline, ideally with some experience in a customer service or content review position in a process-driven environment.
*Good Communication skills
*Adaptability and flexibility to deal with change
*Good problem solver
