As ManpowerGroup continues to grow across all brands in Ireland we are currently looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to develop business opportunities for all our brands including Manpower (www.manpower.ie), Experis (www.experis.ie) and Proservia (www.proservia.ie).
Reporting to the Head of Sales, your key responsibilities will include developing business opportunities through managing and growing relationships with our government and private partners including IDA Ireland, Enterprise Ireland, Chamber of Commerce's, Investment Bodies, Law Firms and Banks.

Responsibilities

*Champion the relationship development strategy for ManpowerGroup Ireland.
*Accountable for the achievement of performance targets based on business development
& relationship management activities.
*Responsible for the identification and development of relationships with employers,
semi-state bodies & service providers.
*Develop targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads.
*Engage with colleagues in Manpower, Experis & Proservia to ensure alignment of
business development strategy to corporate strategy.
*Develop new initiatives that will grow and enhance the ManpowerGroup brand.

Skills & Experience

*At least 3 years' relationship management experience in a client facing target
driven environment.
*Proven experience of business development and client management at a corporate
level.
*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with
key stakeholders and partners.
*Highly motivated, enthusiastic and positive individual focussed on providing
consistent, high quality service.
*Superior communications and influencing skills are a prerequisite.
*Previous experience in the Workforce Solutions and Recruitment industry is preferred
but not essential.
