As a HR Business Partner on the manufacturing site, you will provide effective day-to-day HR support for clients focused on variety of topics, for example, engagement & culture change, talent development, succession planning, performance management, retention, compensation/rewards, and organisational design. A key element of the role will be supporting the development of line managers' knowledge, skills and leadership effectiveness through coaching.
Reporting to the HR Lead, the client group will include senior line leaders (Director and Associate Director Levels) and their teams based on the site.

Primary activities/Responsibilities:
*Works with business leaders to champion a high performance culture and to create an environment of trust, dignity and respect, where behaviours are aligned to the Company values
*Develop business understanding with an ability to link global and Ireland HR strategic goals to site/departmental business strategy
*Work with client leaders to support delivery of their people strategy
*Facilitate talent management and succession planning across your client groups, aligned to global processes
*Effectively coach managers through handling of complex employee relations and industrial relations issues
Experience:
*Experience working in a large multinational environment, ideally with experience in the pharmaceutical and/or chemical manufacturing sector
*Preferable: At least three years' experience as a HRBP
*Preferable: at least one years' experience of working as a HRBP in a unionised environment

Qualifications:
*Degree or 3rd level qualification (Business, Human Resources)
*Desirable: CIPD Qualification
*Desirable: Evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
*Desirable: Six Sigma Yellow Belt
Skill Set expected:
*Proven track record of delivering high performance through development and coaching of a team.
*Ability to respond to changing priorities and deal with ambiguity
*Ability to influence & communicate with all employees at all levels
*Advanced PC skills such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
*Stakeholder management of multi decision makers, colleagues, peers and cross functional teams.
