Learning & Development Specialist.*Degree or 3rd level qualification (Business, Science).
*A Learning and Development qualification is desirable.
*At least 5 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical industry or a similar operating environment.
*Demonstrated knowledge in more than one pharmaceutical and/or chemical manufacturing operation (e.g. Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, etc.).
*Organisation Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and to know when to escalate issues for resolution
*Learning Delivery: Knowledge of methods and alternatives for delivering learning solutions.
*Knowledge of and experience in applying Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
*Project Management qualification such as Project Management Professional.
*Desirable evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
Skillset:
*Knowledgeable in Learning and Development.
*Ability to respond to changing priorities.
*Knowledge of technical training curriculum and design processes, and development of skills Qualification Programmes.
*Experience in the biologics manufacturing industry is advantageous.
*Adult Learning Theory and Practice: Knowledge of concepts and practices of adult learning and its application to the workplace.
*Project management skills.
*Facilitation skills.
*Problem solving skills.
*Communication skills.
Required:
