Inside Sales, Air Freight & Logistics

My Client is a well-established industry leader providing freight, logistics and shipping solutions for businesses throughout Ireland, UK, Europe and globally. Due to a steady increase in increased demand in business orders they are now looking for an Inside Sales Executive based in Dublin.

Job Description:
*Follow up leads over the phone and forward details to Sales Executives
*Qualify each lead, capture necessary information to forward to Sales Executives
*Contact customers regarding price, credit terms and invoicing queries
*Sales Targeting, Planning and Reporting
*Communicate with customers promoting business retention
*Assist the team to identify and target new business
*Ensure procedures and compliance requirements are adhered to
*Maintain and keep up to date all CRM records
*Deal with and monitor customer queries and any other customer issues
*Remain current and up to date on new industry development and trends
*Salary: €25K to €30K depending on experience. Mon - Fri, 9.00am to 5.30pm.

Requirements:
*Ideally one year's experience it the logistics/freight/ shipping industry
*A least one year's experience in Inside Sales/Telesales/Customer Service
*Have good communications skills
*Be able to work to deadlines and achieve KPIs and sales targets
*Have good business acumen commercially aware within this industry
*Must be able to work well within a team, have good admin skills

Salary on offer is 25K - €30K basic pa (depending on experience) plus bonus.
