GSD HR EMEA Tier 1 Markets and Austria - Payroll & Benefits Administration Lead M2

The Payroll & Benefits Administration Lead is responsible for:
*Management of internal and external company processes as they relate to Payroll, including ongoing supplier relationship management
*Leading and driving the agenda for a team of payroll professionals located in five countries
*Planning and executing our Payroll Roadmap for the region, migrating Business HR owned Payrolls to HR Ops and aligning our efforts in the region with our global agenda for Finance owned Payrolls
*Driving the Benefits Administration agenda across the EMEA region, managing multiple stakeholders and gaining buy-in to our transformation journey and building upon success to broaden scope across the region in a focussed and prioritised manner.
*Coaching and alignment of internal teams and suppliers to assure adherence to agreed service levels (quantitative and qualitative) instilling desired ways of working and ensuring that all parts of the HR organisation deliver as one to the benefit of client groups by partnering successfully with Business HR and HR Centres of Excellence (CoEs) in alignment with global and regional colleagues. Regional ownership of benefits administration offerings, driving adoption of standard service offerings and harmonisation whilst ensuring supplier consolidation to the fullest extent possible.
*Fiduciary tracking and monitoring of budget disbursed across the organisation in benefits spending categories, regularly reporting progress against plan and optimising value for money to assure business benefit realisation. Workload balancing and optimisation of resource utilisation by suppliers.
*Leadership / Change Management: consistently demonstrates Clients Leadership Standards; is a leader of change and actively drives strategy development and implementation in the organisation.

Essential Function
Service Delivery Escalation/Improvement:
*Manage all escalated service issues as a priority.
*Resolve all issues and evaluate procedures and processes to identify opportunities to improve service moving forward.
*Identify optimisation opportunities and realise those opportunities working with suppliers across the region.
*Capture all supplier consolidation opportunities so they can be successfully addressed.
*Oversee the identification and analysis of issues based on system data or other available information.
*Lead and prioritise the identification of opportunities for improvement and/or communication based on external market factors (including HR trends, industry, supplier market, economic factors and evolving legislation).
*Challenge, guide and drive the broader team to deliver against the broader global benefits administration agenda.

Service Delivery Management
*Become a key point of liaison between disparate regional teams to drive adoption of standard service offerings and harmonisation as well as supplier consolidation to the fullest extent possible, in a compliant manner.
*Engaging and managing disparate CoE teams, defining strategies and requirements, guiding teams through the change journey and managing the day-to-day relationship with suppliers.
*Developing a trusted advisor relationship with relevant client contacts through effective communication and efficiency.
*Serving as primary, daily contact to relevant teams on benefits administration.
*Ensuring delivery of high-quality services and products to the business and employees/ retirees with a constant focus on value.

Supplier Management:
*Creates clearly defined performance parameters that are agreed upon by all parties involved.
*Monitors performance, provides feedback, defines or approves/disapproves change control processes, and development of suppliers.
*Ensures that strong organisational structure and processes are put in place to manage and track relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with all suppliers.
*Manage suppliers to ensure high quality of service delivery.
*Also manages SLA definition, service level monitoring and provides operational feedback to inform supplier negotiations.
*Owns and manages the devolved budget for the provision of services by relevant suppliers.

Leadership / Change Management:
*Continue to lead all aspects of organisational change and actively participate in strategy development and implementation with benefits administration stakeholders and suppliers
*Assess and analyse the change impact.
*Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
*Complete change management assessments.
*Assist in the creation of change management strategy.
*Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
*Identify and manage anticipated resistance

Education and Skills Required/Preferred:
*3rd level education
Skills/Knowledge Required/Preferred:
*Proven knowledge and understanding of the HR business model with an emphasis upon benefits administration.
*Strong ability to acquire and process knowledge aligned to the HR portfolio.
*Excellent communication and influencing skills.
*Strong orientation toward Innovation & Creativity.
*Strong interpersonal skills including relationship building & maintaining.
*Strong attention to detail and follow up; strong analytical skills together with developed business acumen.
*Demonstrated ability to work in teams and collaborate / partner with others from across the business
*Strong IT skills incl. advanced excel & PowerPoint.
*A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process involved.
*Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
*Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
*Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
