Looking for enthusiastic candidates with customer service experience and a willingness to learn and develop. Be the first point of contact for customers to provide them with the best and most cost effective solutions.

- Act as the primary country contact for customers on all escalations
- Handle phone calls/emails and deal with them promptly, efficiently and with empathy
- Facilitate or escalate customer issues internally and externally
- Liaise with various Helpdesks and Third Party Service Providers
- Felxibility to take additional tasks as directed by the Team Lead
- Co-ordinate all consumable calls

Requirements:
- Interactive skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Able to control interactions with customers using persuasion and influencing skills
- Able to maintain and project a helpful and courteous attitude in any circumstances
