Accounts Administrator/ Stock Administrator, Cork City

An excellent opportunity is now available for an Accounts Administrator/ Stock Administrator within an established high end Retailer, based in Cork area. Full Training is provided for this unique position.

Full Time, Permanent position, €29K to €35K.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with some accounts administration experience and wants to join a team, fast paced and professional team and gain more experience within accounts and administration.

Job specs:

Contact suppliers by phone & email and maintain set purchase levels as needed

Input data on a daily basis, analyse and report to management

Monitor daily sales data in order to identify potential shortfalls.

Resolve any administration and accounts discrepancies.

Weekly / monthly / yearly stock reviews and reporting.

Perform month end accounts admin activities as required

Monitor sales data and trends for our high end stores.

Adhoc reporting and basic accounts duties.
