The Project Manager / Process Lead will be responsible for the Source to settle project as part of Comet / SAP Implementation.

The Project Manager / Process Lead will be required to collaborate and facilitate running of all activities to ensure the effective and efficient on-time delivery of these projects within the department.

This requires the delivery of excellence to deliver all components of a stable process, supported by a flexible, collaborative, multi-skilled teamwork environment.

Direct Reports - 2 Data Stewards

Principal Accountabilities:

*Primary understanding of the use of COMET as used within the business area
*Oversight of Business area specific procedures and alignment to above site COMET procedures and principles.
*Act as escalation point for Workstream/Business area specific issues which have not been resolved at the user level. Engage Regional/Global Process stewards and above site SMEs as appropriate.
*In collaboration with the Training Department, understand active COMET roles used in the area and the process whereby roles are obtained, changed and undergo annual re-certification.
*Act as Business Role Approver for local (to site) workstream specific roles being granted via the SAP GRC Access Management System.
*Deliver, or delegate to appropriately positioned individuals, Instructor Led training (ILT) modules required for workstream specific COMET roles.
*Ensures the represented business area engages with the COMET Material Data Steward for in support of additions/changes to SAP Material Master Data as appropriate for the area represented.
*Deliver 'A3's or similar to progress initiatives being undertaken to address COMET use issues or otherwise improve the realisation of COMET benefits.
*Attend the COMET Process Stewards meeting. Engage on discussion items representing they individual's business area/workstream and deliver on actions assigned. Relay key information including COMET strategy, key updates, upcoming events, etc. onto internal departmental communications.
*Attend, engage & represent Business Practices at workstream specific CoE monthly meetings as they are scheduled at a wider organisational level. Delegate as appropriate.
*Analyse SAP Enhancement Revision Notes both for potential impact to business practices and also for realisation of potential benefit to business operations. Provide feedback to SAP Sustainment Lead on change impact on schedule.
*Assess impact and contribute to contingency planning (if any) in event of planned/unplanned SAP Downtime with stakeholder input.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
*Degree qualification Supply Chain / Procurement
*Project management qualification such as, Project Management Professional.
*Desirable: Evidence of Continuous Professional Development
*Preference for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
*7+ years process / project management experience /procurement
*Strong verbal, technical writing, project management and interpersonal skills are required.
*Strong IT / Systems background including SAP is preferred.
*Stakeholder management of multi decision makers, colleagues, peers and cross functional teams.
*Experience in a FDA / HPRA Regulated production environment.
*Strategic Sourcing, Category, procurement lead experience preferred within a pharmaceutical experience.
