The role:

Customer service individual focused on Small and Medium Bussiness. Success in this position requires exceptional customer service skills, and desire to apply problem solving skills.

* Provide consultative advice to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels - chat, email and phone
* Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain
* Responsible for helping SMB clients drive results via their marketing campaigns through consultation, education, and support
* Ability to identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.

Profile Attributes:

* Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving SMB needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform
* Professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience
* Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, pro-actively communicate to clients on progress and pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve how they use our solutions
* Self-driven with attention to detail and follow-through
* Fluency in English and Hebrew

General Skills:

* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
* 12 months working in a service/customer service/sales organization or Marketing internship

Location: Sandyford - Dublin 18 - Ireland

Our process includes language tests and phone/videos interviews.
