An exciting opportunity presents itself in our Dublin office for you to become part of our Staffing Team within the Multilingual Delivery Team. Similar to an in-house recruiter, the role is specific to a small number of clients, with responsibility for recruiting for a variety of positions as required by these clients.

You will be joining a collaborative and empathetic recruitment team, focused on finding the best talent to join our client's organisation. Our philosophy is built on people, knowledge and innovation and we are continuously looking for ways to improve.

*Provide a first-class professional experience for our clients, working together as an extension of their recruitment teams
*Work in a close team environment to ensure high volume recruitment deadlines are met
*Source candidates through a variety of reactive and proactive methods; using innovation, creativity and imagination to attract the most suitable talent
*Analyse and assess candidate suitability by exploring skills, behaviours and motivations through the use of specifically designed assessment tools
*Managing the candidate experience to ensure a professional and memorable journey from initial contact through to on-boarding with excellent communications and support throughout
*Work in a structured, organised and professional manner ensuring all administration duties are performed to the highest level, meeting strict recruitment process requirements
*Take responsibility for all actions, demonstrating ability, passion and an overriding commitment to quality and the needs of the client

What does a typical day look like?
*Review of Work in progress to prioritise roles for the day
*Networking with potential candidates across social media, LinkedIn and Manpower's Internal Database
*On the Phone - speaking with candidates for market research
*In Depth Telephone Interviews
*Summarising skillset and formatting CV's for submission to clients
*Managing advertising campaigns for open roles
*Sharing market intelligence with your team leader and colleagues
*Extending offers and managing candidates
*Reaching KPI's of CV send out and Interviews scheduled in order to reach quarterly revenue targets

Start Date: ASAP and ideally no later than April 6th - however we can accommodate notice periods for the right candidate.
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5:30pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Salary: Starting salary up to €27,000
