Manpower in collaboration with their client SAP are currently recruiting for a French speaking Customer Interaction Agent to join onsite the SAP site in Galway. This is an exciting opportunity to join Manpower onsite a market leader in enterprise application software.

About the role:
After completing your 6 weeks training you will join the CIC (Customer Interaction Centre) team of 30 colleagues, to support the supporting SAP's French and English-speaking customers via phone, email, chat and webform.

You will assist in the prioritisation of customer's cases by analysing the effect on their business from a commercial perspective. You will evaluate from a commercial perspective how the customer's technical issue affects their daily business processes through the gathering of comprehensive business impact information.

What we bring you:
*Salary: €27.000 (Euro) annually
*Contract length: 12 months with Manpower onsite SAP
*Working hours: 40 h/pw, may be requested to work shifts (day/evening), weekends and bank holidays, depending on the market you support

*6 weeks onsite SAP trainings

What you bring us:
*Fluent in French and English (oral and written) and able to work both markets
*Degree in IT or Business-related field is required
*Recent experience in a high-level customer service environment
*Open to work shifts (day/evening), weekends and bank holidays
*Hold an EU passport or Irish Visa Stamp 4
