What are you going to do?
-Advising small and medium businesses on how to maximise their returns on Facebook advertisement via phone and email.
-Guiding clients step by step through various processes in the Facebook ads creation tool.
-Assisting customers to tailor their individual social media strategy and recommending suitable Facebook advertisement objectives, creatives and audiences.
-Solving technical / process issues through collaboration with engineering and product teams.

Who are we looking for?
Great German speakers - at least on a C1 level with:
-Focus on detail and analytical thinking
-Any kind of customer service experience
-Interest in marketing, media, communication, languages etc.
-Enthusiasm that goes with a dynamic multinational company full of opportunities
Fresh graduates ready for their first job are welcomed, training will be provided!

The Ideal candidate?
The Ideal team member will be comfortable understanding social media campaigns and supporting bugs and invoicing, have an appetite for research and gathering data insights and the ability to use that to evolve client advertising platforms, a high level of comfort working with cross functional partners, and a strong analytical mindset. Successful team members have a passion for business success, strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving abilities, and keen eyes for operational inefficiencies.
