Develop your career in IT using your Dutch and English language skills. Manpower in collaboration with IBM in Dublin are currently recruiting for a new team member to join the Dutch IT Support desk.

About the job
as a Dutch IT Support Agent you are the first point of contact for business clients of the company (B2B). The customers will contact you via phone, email and web tickets regarding any IT related queries, from password recovery to more complicated software of hardware issues.

Together with your team (consisting out of 10 people) you will support each other to resolve the issues as best as possible. We provide two weeks of training in the role and full support of the team afterwards. It is an entry level position and ideal for when you want to work in a big brand company and learn tradable skills.

About the company
IBM is based in Dublin 15 and has its own Technology Campus, consisting out of 6 buildings. One of the buildings contains their European Service Centre, and this is where you and your team are based. It is a multicultural, casual environment where everyone is based in an open office environment.
Due to the size of the campus there are several subsidizes canteens and baristas to choose from.

What we offer:
Working with Manpower onsite IBM gives you the opportunity to learn and develop your career in IT. You will receive two weeks training for the position and access to the (free) online training platform where you can follow certified courses in: Java -VMware -Adobe -Cisco -Linux -HTML, Microsoft Certifications - Prince2 -Six Sigma - ITIL - Leadership and many more.
*Salary: €23.500 annually (€11.29 p/h)
*Bonus: up to €1.400 annually, based on personal targets
*Contract length: 23 with Manpower onsite IBM
*Working hours: Monday - Friday (40 h/pw), no weekends of shifts. You get the option to work Irish Bank holiday's for either; double pay or an extra annual leave day.
*Relocation support when abroad in EU: we reimburse up to €500 for the relocation costs made and offer support through a third party to find accommodation.

Who are you?
*Fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written)
*You enjoy helping others and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
*Any previous experience in customer service or education in IT will be beneficial but not essential
* You will be able to demonstrate how this role will help your long-term career goals
