Maintenance Supervisor

The Ideal candidate must have both mechanical and electrical experience with a strong understanding of an automated environment. This is a multi - skilled role.

Qualifications and Experience

- Relevant third level engineering qualification or time served apprenticeship with a minimum of 5 years'experience in a high volume, automated manufacturing environment

- Experience in implementing PM schedules & updating them.

- Experience in directing a technical team and in setting technical goals and objectives.

- At least 5 years relevant experience

- Proven track record in Preventative and Reactive Maintenance in a similar environment.

- PLC/Controller experience(SCADA experience)

- Aptitude for process awareness, diagnostic / trouble-shooting experience gained in a Hi-volume environment

- To be very structured and disciplined in adherence to standards set. To be an example to all team members of how things should be done.

- Experience in Lean
