Danish Content Review Agent

Become the newest member of a multinational content review, writing & editing team, where you will be responsible for maintaining the high level of quality of our web service. You will be working with one of the largest sources of real-time data.

The focus of the role will be to:
Review, write and edit the content of one of the largest web-based services, and be responsible for achieving a high degree of accuracy and quality of the content. You will verify content by means of online research, your own skills and by having direct contact with companies in Denmark. You will receive extensive training for 5 weeks, to make sure you know how to operate the system, write & edit content and tackle any obstacles.

* Verify and review business listing information as per policy and guidelines.
* Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.
* Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research.
* Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
* Adhere to process norms and structure.
* Ability to gather information via outbound calls to businesses within specific country locations.
* Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
