An exciting opportunity presents itself in our Dublin office for you to become part of our Staffing Team within the Multilingual Delivery Team. Similar to an in-house recruiter,
The role is specific to a small number of clients, with responsibility for recruiting for a variety of positions as required by these clients.

What you will do...
As a Multilingual Delivery Consultant you will be responsible for finding the world's best talent. We are looking for creative minds to explore new ways to identify and attract top talent, using a multitude of tools and innovative techniques.

*Analyse and assess candidate suitability by exploring skills, behaviors and motivations through the use of specifically designed assessment tools
*Managing the candidate experience to ensure a professional and memorable journey from initial contact through to on-boarding with excellent communications and support throughout
*Work in a structured, organised and professional manner ensuring all administration duties are performed to the highest level, meeting strict recruitment process requirements
*Take responsibility for all actions, demonstrating ability, passion and an overriding commitment to quality and the needs of the client

Key Duties & Responsibilities...

*Work closely with the Account manager/ Team to fully understand the clients job requirements
*Use innovative and varied sourcing techniques in order to identify potential future candidates across the globe
*Attract qualified candidates through a variety of contact methods.
*Identify trends and potential process improvements to ensure a world class candidate experience

What does a typical day look like?
*Review of Work in progress to prioritise roles for the day
*Networking with potential candidates across social media, LinkedIn and Manpower's Internal Database
*On the Phone - speaking with candidates for market research
*In Depth Telephone Interviews
*Summarising skillset and formatting CV's for submission to clients
*Managing advertising campaigns for open roles
*Sharing market intelligence with your team leader and colleagues
*Extending offers and managing candidates
*Reaching KPI's of CV send out and Interviews scheduled in order to reach quarterly revenue targets

Start Date: ASAP - however we can accommodate notice periods for the right candidate.
Salary: Starting salary €27,000

Hours of Work: M to T 8.30am to 5.30 pm F 8.30am to 4.30pm (work from home opportunities upon completion of 6 months probation).
