French Account Specialist

Manpower Ireland are looking for a talented Account Specialist, to join a growing team to focus on the French market and manage the receivables ledger and early collections. 

Requirements;

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) 
• Credit Control Experience 
• Previous customer care experience (phone support preferable)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP a huge advantage 
• Ability to work on own initiative, and to manage tight deadlines 

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to customers to ensure timely payment
• Manage debt collection on assigned portfolio of accounts
•  Report on ageing and open items in AR balances
• Chase outstanding debts by phone, e-mail etc.
