Key duties and responsibilities to include:
Repairing, servicing and testing Versalift Mobile Access Platforms at our on-site workshop and at customers' sites.
Dealing with emergency breakdown calls.
Carrying out scheduled maintenance and testing of equipment at customers' sites.
Carrying out Dielectric testing, as required.
Providing instruction to our customers on the safe operation of the equipment at both on and off site locations.
The successful candidate will ideally:
Be a qualified Plant Fitter with IPAF/CAP Certification.
Have previous experience of working on powered access equipment and/or plant equipment.
Be able to read electrical/hydraulic drawings and understand both systems.
Have experience in fault finding and diagnosis on Electrical and Hydraulic Systems.
Be organised, flexible and prepared to work as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers.
Have strong problem-solving skills and a strong customer- focussed approach.
Be diligent and work well under pressure.
Be flexible with regard to working times and prepared to work off-site as required.
Possess excellent oral and written English.
Have experience in working to high standards of Health and Safety procedures.
Hold a valid C1 Driving Licence.
