Manpower have an exciting opportunity on site with our client, SAP; we are seeking a License Audit Administrator for their Galway site.


Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks

Responsibilities

Deliver support to Audit process with certain tasks
Compliance with standard SAP GLAC Processes
Communicate effectively, in English, with customers and multiple SAP colleagues (Other GLAC Colleagues, Sales, Local License Audit contact persons, Shared Service Contacts, Local Contacts) to support the delivery of high quality service and support
Demonstrate operational excellence and flexibility
CSS Message Handling
Other tasks deemed necessary


Deliver support to Audit process with certain tasks

Maintain Master Data quality within the LAS systems. This includes, but is not limited to, maintenance of comments, locked contracts.
Complete certain tasks in the audit process, subject to training. These are sending measurement requests, courtesy calls, some support calls, reminder emails and other tasks deemed necessary
Process audit results (subject to training)
Compliance with Standard SAP GLAC Processes

Be competent in relation to GLAC processes using SAP tools
Understand and incorporate process updates and changes
Effective management of workload
Complete all steps on the GLAC reminder timeline to be adhered to, where appropriate
Use the GLAC standard documents and templates, unless otherwise agreed with SAP AG.
Communicate effectively with customers and multiple SAP colleagues (GLAS colleagues, Sales, Local License Audit contact persons, Shared Service Contracts, Local Contracts) to deliver high quality service and support

Support customers in conducting the license audit through the use of SAP measurement tools, discussing with other experienced colleagues when necessary
Support local license audit contact person to work on the KPI's (Master Data, Cancelled/escalated Audits, License audit opportunities)
Answer all calls in a timely and professional manner, using voicemail appropriately.


Demonstrate 0perational excellence and flexibility

Demonstrate professional behavior and good time/self-management
Communicates absences to manager and relevant colleagues and ensure substitution is in place
Where shifts are applicable, ensure appropriate handover of responsibilities in a timely manner
Other Tasks deemed necessary

Work Load Share (WLS) Program - Assisting colleagues when personal workload allows, following the WLS process
BCP Message Handling

Monitor and complete all BCP tickets attributed to you
This to be done within agreed targets
