Coordinate the process of merging two enterprise IT infrastructures together, and manage any incidents that occur during the process of the spin-merging. You will work in a large multinational IT company that is at the forefront of providing hardware components, as well as software, and related services to its consumers.

The Challenge:
You will be the newest addition to the IT Command Centre Team, where you will work on a 3-months project of merging two large IT infrastructures together. Your main tasks will be to monitor the IT Helpdesk for ticket elevations, and quantify impact and assess priority of the tickets. You will engage with support teams across the company, monitor the application lifecycle dashboards, and change management dashboards, to ensure the spin-merge schedule. In addition, you will work with the implementation teams to ensure the right resources are available to complete tasks. Helping your team leader track IT issues and scheduling issues will also be a part of your responsibilities.

The Fit:
You could be an IT professional with a few years' experience in a service desk/helpdesk environment, or be an IT graduate looking to start his career. Being a team player is important as you will be working closely together with your team. It is essential that you have good attention to detail, and that you are great at communicating, as you will be dealing with co-workers across all levels of the business. Infrastructure knowledge is an advantage but is not necessary.

The finer details:
- €25,000 per year
- 3 months contract
- Office placed in Galway
- 4 days on and 4 days off - 06.30 to 16.30
- Mon - Sun coverage

Don't delay! We're hiring as we go, send your CV to me, or call 016455214 to discuss the role.
