Looking for Norwegian speakers to join our friendly Service Desk team as soon as possible. You will be the first point of contact for customers and provide them with the best and most cost effective solutions

Main responsibilities:
- Act as the primary country contact for customers on all escalations
- Handle phone calls/emails and deal with them promptly, efficiently and with empathy
- Facilitate or escalate customer issues internally and externally
- Liaise with various Helpdesks and Third Party Service Providers
- Flexibility to take additional tasks as directed by the Team Lead
- Co-ordinate all consumable calls

- Interactive skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Able to control interactions with customers using persuasion and influencing skills
- Able to maintain and project a helpful and courteous attitude in any circumstances
- Flexible attitude towards working patterns including early starts & bank holidays
